Sorry, but the operator cannot wait for any latecomers, so please make sure to arrive on time or early for your activity.
If you are experiencing an unexpected delay, please contact the operator.
Please note that requests for refunds because of lateness cannot be processed except for in the event of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. flight cancellation, etc.). In this case, please contact us using Ask Klook, select "Cancel booking" and include any relevant supporting documents (i.e. proof of flight cancellation).
