What should I do if I am late for the day of travel?
The service provider will not wait for you if you are late for the departure/meet up time, so please make sure to arrive on time. If you are experiencing any delays, please contact the service provider directly before the departure/meet up time.
Note that cancellations/refunds due to lateness is not allowed EXCEPT for unavoidable circumstances such as flight cancellations/delays or accidents. Should you experience such circumstances, please submit an inquiry via Ask Klook and provide supporting documents (e.g. proof of flight cancellation certificate).
