What should I do if my flight has been cancelled or delayed?
Policies will vary per product. For products with a "Free Cancellation" policy, you may cancel it yourself at any time during the cancellation timeframe indicated on the activity page. For products with other cancellation policies, please submit an inquiry via Ask Klook and include the necessary details/supporting documents (e.g. proof of flight cancellation certificate) so we can process your request.
