How can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
For activities with a "Free Cancellation" policy, you can cancel the booking yourself until the specified time listed in the cancellation policy by following these steps:
On Web:
- Login to your Klook account and access "My Bookings" within your profile
- Select the booking you want to cancel and click "View More"
- Click "Apply for Refund" under Booking Details
- Cancellation successful!
On App:
- Login to your Klook account and click the "Bookings" icon at the bottom
- Select the booking you want to cancel and click "View More"
- Click "Apply for Refund" under Booking Details
- Cancellation successful!
For activities with “Conditional Cancellation”, please refer to the "Cancellation Policy" on the activity page for more information. If you require a refund, contact our Klook customer support team.
No cancellations and refunds will be given for activities with a “No Cancellation” policy.
The time it will take for your refund to be processed will vary depending on the payment method. Refunds for payments made using PayPal will be processed immediately after we have confirmed the refund.
