How do I amend my bookings?
For certain activities, you will be able to amend the booking details (e.g. participation date, passenger information, special requirements, and more) yourself by following these steps:
**On Web: **
Login to your Klook account and go to "My Bookings" in your profile Select the booking you want to amend and click "View More" Click "Amend Booking" under Booking Details Amend the info accordingly and click "Submit" Submission successful! You will receive the updated voucher once your changes have been confirmed
On App:
Login to your Klook account and click the "Bookings" icon at the bottom Select the booking you want to amend and click "View More" Click "Amend Booking" under Booking Details Amend the info accordingly and click "Submit" Submission successful! You will receive the updated voucher once your changes have been confirmed
If it shows “Amendments not applicable” under your booking details, it means that the self-amendment function is not available for the activity or the activity does not accept any amendments at all.
