My Klook credits status says “On the way”. What does that mean?

Klook credits are awarded after the property confirms your check-out. You can typically expect to see the credits in your account within 6-9 weeks. If the booking is cancelled or the guests do not arrive on the arranged check-in day, Klook credits can no longer be rewarded.
