Does Klook offer any insurance to cover my booking?
Yes, for some activities we offer Klook Upgrade, allowing you to get a partial refund - even if the activity is non-refundable or the refund request is made after the free-cancellation period. You can find out if your product offers Klook Upgrades at the checkout page.
Currently only residents of Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Indonesia and Australia can buy Klook Upgrades. We are working to expand this service for other countries/regions in the future.
