I forgot to review this. We went in Oct 2019- before the pandemic! It was the highlight of our Thailand trip. Great experience feeding the giraffes. The safari tour via bus was interesting too. The zoo itself very crowded and humid. There were plenty of eating options but it wasn’t comfortable staying out under the sun that long.
Amazing experience with too many wild animals.
All animals look healthy and must be taken good care.
The staff is curious and ticket prices are worth the experience.
They have too many dining options available including vegetarian options.
Most food tasted delicious.
We enjoyed all of the shows and loved The Spy War show and Dolphin Show.
It was a great experience overall and would visit again.
We arrived at 17. There were almost no people. The staff is friendly, I explain everything. Things, food, water can be left in the storage room for free. Then a photo, an interactive elevator. Then you get to the observation floor. There were souvenirs and you can buy postcards, sign and immediately throw them into the mailbox. Then take the elevator. There is a wind on the roof (if you plan to sit - a must-have windbreaker). They do not sell alcohol, used cocktails (the most expensive 290 Baht + 17%). It's great to watch how day - sunset - evening. And then leave the building and go to the next one to the footcourt (we had 200 Baht vouchers in the package). The seller accepted payment for 1 dish with 2 cards without any problems (it cost 400 Baht).
A very beautiful and unique content great experience .you can see bangkok from the top roof ..a glass walk also a great experience..when
you see down when walk the glass you feel if break the glass ....I visited last time 11 April 2021 .very good staff and supporting person .. you should go there one time ...soft drinks too much costly..
Klook indeed empowers the travellers! From booking to exchanging vouchers to tickets for admission, it was totally convenient and efficient ????
And the best part is the breathtaking climax of the tour, Mahanakhon Skywalk experience justified my first Songkran Festival celebration ?? Where else can we cleebrate the most awaited festival in Thailand amidst the pandemic than to its highest building among the capital's skyscrapers ??
Highly recommend going before the tourists return. The price offered by Klook is fantastic value for money, even if you are too chicken (like me) to go on the glass floor. Plan to go for sunset and stay for a drink or two (not cheap at B 300 a beer, but well worth it for the view, even on a hazy day). The elevator is too fast - the multimedia experience within one I would have liked to enjoy more. There were no lines on the weekday we went (mayb 10-15 people on the roof with us) and staff were super professional. Loved that they had a photographer who helped with good poses, although we missed seeing her results when we left (we forgot to go check). Seriously, squeeze in this experience before the tourists return.
