      Review for: Eurail Global Pass

I wouldn’t have been able to reach rome from germany without this pass. Also, this will save you a lot of money especially when you are doing an instant booking at the train station. The only downside is, some seats and trains are with reservation and you are required to pay gor it. And if it is fully booked, you wont be able to board the train. So bette reserve seats a week ahead of time if possible. So that you get to follow your schedule

      Review for: Eurail Global Pass

Klook sent it faster direct to my address, after i finish booked. I confused for the first time, because it use for few countries and many train. But when it run, it's easy to use. Just search the trains do you want to use and you must write the train stations name and time on the travel diary before boarding, because it's often checked by the officer. For some direct and night trains you needed for seat reservation and it has additional fee. but if you want to take the free of charge trains, you could choose the train with with few route. Using this Eurail Global Pass is cheaper and useful then we buy separated tickets at the train station. Recommended! Thank you.

      Review for: Swiss Travel Pass

Highly recommend. Hassle free way to travel in Switzerland and value for money if you’re going to a few places by train per day. You just have to show the QR code on phone to the train conductor when they approach you.

Review for: Eurail Pass for Italy (3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 Days)

It’s very easy to get a pass. Klook sent it to me quite quickly. It’s best to use it if you travel with children under 12 years. I bought a first class ticket then it’s very convenient and comfortable. But if you are solo I didn’t recommend you can buy normal ticket in advance

      Review for: Swiss Travel Pass

We took the 4 Days E-Swiss pass just before entering Switzerland and it was a great decision else we might have spent almost equal amount to the total euro trip. You can make one excel sheet based on your travel plan and see which pass works the best for you. This also gave discounts when we took the peak to peak pass at Zermatt to see Gornergrat and Riffleberg

      Review for: German Rail Pass

Our itinerary includes travel from Stuttgart (Germany) to Salzburg (Austria), then back to Germany to few other places like Berchtesgaden, München and Füssen. We bought twin passes and children pass. The twin passes entitled to 50% discount on the second pass. Children up to age 15 travel free on any train as long as an adult has paid for a fare. Please note: two travelers share one German Rail Twin Pass, so the 2 persons need to travel together. The names of both travelers will be printed on the pass. The?DB Navigator app?is also very handy and not just for booking. It also has real time information about delayed trains and can store your e-ticket so the conductor can easily scan it.

How to book a train ticket with Klook?

Simply enter your departure and arrival city, select a departure (and return) date & time, indicate the number of passengers, then tap or click the search button. You will be provided with a list of train itineraries that you can choose from

How early can I purchase a train ticket?

This varies depending on your selected train routes, and also ranges from countries and type of trains. Generally speaking, many of the European train tickets can be booked as early as 90 days before train departure. Below are some of the recommended timelines* for ticket booking according to train type and popular routes:

    == Domestic Trains ==

TGV (within France): 90 days in advance ICE (within Germany): 180 days in advance Railjet (within Austria): 90 days in advance Freccirarossa, Frecciaasgento, and Frecciabianca (within Itlay): 120 days in advance NTV (within Italy): 120 days in advance AVE (within Spain): 75 days in advance National Rail (UK): 75 days in advance

What should I do if the booking is not open?

European train tickets are usually available for sale 90 days in advance, but if your preferred ticket is not yet available for purchase, it is probably because your desired ticket is not yet available at that time

Why can't I find the train I want to book?

There are several reasons why you might not find your desired train:

    (1) Your desired train is full, or (2) Your desired train route is not yet available for booking, or (3) Your desired train route is temporarily closed for booking due to track maintenance works, or (4) Your desired train journey might contain more than two changes (our system is designed to filter out any train routes with more than two exchanges to give you the most direct route)

Can I make a reservation first and pay within 24-72 hours?

At the moment, it is not possible to reserve now and pay for a ticket later with Klook. To secure a ticket, please pay as soon as you have chosen your chosen route
