    Why people love Singapore

This is the first time we tried the Singapore River Cruise, although it was raining and the sky was a bit dark, it didn't make us feel disappointed, because the surrounding scenery was pleasant and suitable for people like me who like to take pictures:). To me and my family, this is a very enjoyable experience.
Got this staycation deal for my mum's birthday. Great deal and very worth it especially with the Singaporediscovers $100 credit. There was a queue for check in but the staff handled it well and the process was quick. The room was spacious and clean and the view from our room was great (we could see the Singapore Flyer)! The $100 dining credits was also well spent at Alley on 25. Food there was great! (: The hotel staff even gave a gift to my mum for her birthday.
It is very easy to redeem when booking through Klook by using Singapore rediscover vouchers. SEA is a great place to visit, my kids love it alot. They spend a day there. Although it is crowed with visitors, but SEA staff did manage quite well better than USS. Will go again if there is any more promotion.
My room was spacious. The kids and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and despite the long queues at check in they were patient and helpful. Had to wait an hour for the room to get ready but it was a small issue since the hotel is located right in shopping district. One of the best hotels in Singapore.
During this time in Singapore, I always thought that I was so far away from the beach. The missing ocean and the tranquility drifting in the ocean seem to have nothing to do with this city. But, I found out that I was wrong. ?? For the full text, please refer to the new blog post: Singapore | St John's Island Travel Notes-I and the sea are so close to www.gooutwalkwalk.com/1473
Great price on Klook during the birthday sale, giving $60 off the already discounted rate for Fullerton hotel and a 6pm checkout. The hotel was grand and polished on the inside, with cute bear mascots with giant bear masks on. The premium courtyard room is spacious and well decorated. The location of the hotel is great for enjoying the scenery too, with Marina Bay waterfront and skyscrapers just a few steps away and the Singapore River at the rear. The historical buildings and monuments in the vicinity allows for enjoying the more cultural side of Singapore together with its past. Breakfast was provided as well with several local food options, bread, fruits and yoghurt. Overall a very good value for money and good way to spend a vacation in Singapore when not being able to travel.

    Top sights in Singapore

Nowadays, cities are mostly all concrete with small patches of green here and there. In Singapore, it’s the other way around -- it’s a ‘City in a Garden’. Best known for being a melting pot of cultures and cuisines, this city-island also boasts sustainable infrastructure and efficient urban planning. Its reliable MRT system can take you around Singapore attractions, shopping outlets, cultural sites, and hawker centers in a jiffy. Use this travel guide to make sure your itinerary is packed with exciting things to do in Singapore.

    Gardens by the Bay

Gardens by the Bay is a 101-hectare urban sprawl of futuristic gardens, manicured rain forest, beautiful domes, and awe-inspiring structures. Discover the largest glass greenhouse in the world when you visit Flower Dome, home to flora that thrives in Mediterranean temperatures. A tropical rain forest awaits in The Cloud, where an indoor waterfall descends upon the mist-filled Cloud Walk and Treetop Walk. See more of the place through the OCBC Skyway’s 128-meter long aerial walkway. Finish your tour with a viewing of the spectacular light show, or son et lumiere, in the Supertrees

Universal Studios and the Merlion are just a short walk away, while the boardwalk leads to a suspension bridge that can take you to a smaller off-shore island.

    Merlion

A visit to Singapore won’t be complete without a selfie with the Merlion. This half-lion, half-fish icon is a mythical creature that symbolizes the city-state and its roots. The Merlion overlooks the bay and offers a panoramic view of the nearby skyscrapers, making it a must-visit for tourists. The crowds may deter you from visiting, but fret not; there are six Merlion statues that you can check out around the country. Avoid the crowds at noon and catch the evening light show instead.
