The staff were friendly and they will give a brief introduction about the cats. We went in the morning where there is less people and the staff interacted with us and taught us how to get closer to the cats. Went at 11am on a weekday, about half of the cats are awake.

Went there around 5pm, most of the cats are sleeping. Later, few of the cats awake, but as most of the review said , The cats are very “action” Hahahaha! Anyway, feel not very worth of paying $10 just to see the cats for 1 hour, especially when the cats are sleeping when u reach. However , it is a quite good experience .

Not the first time being here, came here earlier when the cats were mostly active! Had a great time observing cats at play and really love petting them!

lovely place for an affordable price, and the staff were all very friendly and took the initiative to teach us how to interact with the cats! only regret was that i went when it was pretty crowded (humans) *did not try the food

Great value. The staff are friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about the cats at the cafe. Very cozy and nice environment to spend an afternoon in. Make sure to catch the cats at a time when they aren't napping!

They're doing a great job homing these rescues and the staff, Kylie and Seraphina were clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about the cats in their care. Their friendly dispositions made us very comfortable to find out more about each of the cats and also the best way to approach them. Definitely didn't feel stressed or overtly surveilled as seen in some reviews here. Highly recommended!!

Very therapeutic. The staff were friendly and they teach you how to deal with the cats when you're unfamiliar. The cats were of course really cute!

We a spent a lazy afternoon here. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Too bad their coffee machine was broken when we went so we have very limited options for the free drink. The place is comfortable and cozy but the cats are a bit few so you can’t expect much playtime. I suggest to walk around the bridge, it’s fun too.

Favourite cat cafe in Singapore! Love the cafe vibes and the cats are so adorable. Staff are also friendly and will share interesting information about each feline!

Nice cafe and well cared for cats. Owner will brief you on what not to do, everything is fine as long as you follow their rules. Overall chill place to spend your time with a great view of Boat Quay.

Reached at 11am when there was only 1 other customer. The cafe is relaxing. I played monopoly deal with my friend there, and had fun interacting with the cats. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Petting cats turned out to be a more amazing experience that I had expected, especially given how I am definitely more of a dog person, haha! But, really, it was so calming and soothing I would actually recommend it as a great way to destress! Didn't order any food because I was really just there to pet some kitties, but my partner got an iced sencha, which tasted really.. sencha! So yeah, really good! And the staff would come in every now and then to interact with the cats, and tell you more about them, and teach you how to stroke them, which is really helpful for us given how we have literally never stroked cats before, XD.

They always only listen to the call of the clerk. Location is good, very close to the barge dock, but the clerk who has avoided Bar Street in Clarke Quay has rushed over

My housemates and I went here, it was our first time to cat cafe ever! Get to see they feed medicine to the cat too! Learned more about cats. Came at 0600pm cats were sleeping initially and eventually they were awake! :D must try the cake especially the pandan gula melaka and the milk cream, pair it with hot chocolate ?

服務人員非常有禮貌熱情，環境非常舒服安靜！情侶約會來放松非常適合。貓很多雖然個人去時，很多貓都在睡覺?？墒欠浅？蓯邸瓕γ婢褪呛迎h境+音樂舒服。下雨記得帶傘因為taxi不能直接到店門口。

The service staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and the environment is very comfortable and quiet! It is very suitable for couples to relax on a date. There are a lot of cats although many cats are sleeping when they go personally. But it's very cute...Across the river is the environment + music is comfortable. Remember to bring an umbrella when it rains because taxi cannot go directly to the store entrance.
