This is worth it for the experience. Chandler's dessert wasn't available during the time that we visited so we were made to choose other desserts from the menu.

The cafe was cute and not too hard to find but even with the voucher I still ended up spending almost 30sgd in just a coffee and a small mac and cheese. Also they no longer have the helium balloon available, which was half of the reason I even booked the ticket

I love the ambience and staff. The helium balloon is really fun and really enjoyable, I had a good laugh. The food can be improved though especially the desserts and mains (average max). The drinks and starters are good.

i booked for the helium activity for 7 people. it was unavailable! they said the supplies need to be ordered in canada. so they just made us choose from the equivalent price in the menu. we didn't even get to order coffee because it was also unavailable. cafe without coffee, what??? i had hot chocolate instead. plus the lady at the reception was not friendly at all.

it was sad day for me as i was excited and expected that i could experience this, but to no no avail this didnt happen as they ran out of ingredients for the chandler's balloon. this broke my heart as we popped in their cafe the day prior our flight back to nz. one of the baristas, replaced it with cheesecake but it is far different from what I imagined and expected. the cheesecake was good tho. i hope the next time they do this marketing, they should have forecasted the quantity to be served.

It was nicely designed cafe of friends style. But when we went the helium deal was over, which was the reason why we had booked. But they replaced it with some other set but it was just basic deserts.

Friends heaven. The food is good, the menu is lovely, and the staff are super helpful. And you can watch friends while eating. The helium balloon was really cool.

So much fun inhaling helium and hearing the your voice sound so different! The cafe allowed us to consume a lot so we got to try it for a number of times. The plating of the dessert was well done too. Of course the cafe has a reminiscent interior of FRIENDS which fans will definitely like.

calling all you die-hard f.r.i.e.n.d.s out there, could there BE a better use of vacation time? this replica of the legendary hangout spot of our favorite 6 characters is not that easy to find, but the effort would be well worth all the legwork. they got the couch, gunther's bar, replicas of some famous items like the foosball table, gkadys "painting", ms pacman arcade machine, and even hugsy. the helium balloon will give you a chance to do a chandler and say or sing after inhaling the helium. watching full episode of friends is also very nostalgic.
