- The staff at Xiamen International Cruise Terminal can speak both English and Chinese
- There are no child seats available
- PWDs can be accommodated in this trip as the ferries have ample space for wheelchairs
- There is no need to book a return trip in advance. This ferry ticket allows passengers to return anytime within 20 days. The last return trip to Xiamen International Cruise Terminal is at 6:30pm from 1 Jun-30 Sep and 5:30pm from 1 Oct-31 May. The next return trip will be at Lundu Ferry Terminal (輪渡碼頭)
- According to the attraction's policy, each ferry ticket can avail of return trip within 15 days
- Please note: Each identity document can only book 1 ticket per day
- Non-Taiwanese passport holders must indicate their passport number on the checkout page
- For Taiwan residents, please use your Mainland Travel Permit at checkout and when you redeem your ticket. Do not use your passport
