Kuo Kuang Bus: You can book another bus with same destination and same date as shown on your ticket. Go to the staff-operated ticket window at a bus station to book again. Please note that a handling fee may be charged.
UBus: You can book another bus with same destination as shown on your ticket, and you are welcome to change your ticket to a different departure date. Go to the staff-operated ticket window at a bus station to book again. Please note that a handling fee may be charged and that you can only change your departure date once.
Other bus operators: Unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded or changed after the departure time. Please give yourself enough time to catch your bus, especially if you have a connecting bus in a different station.
If your initial payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be processed instantly.
Refunds for payments made by card usually take 5-7 working days to be returned to your account, but can take up to 30 days for certain banks.

Changes can only be made at a bus station counter. Cancellations are possible through Klook but are subject to the terms and conditions of the bus operator. A cancellation processing fee may be charged.
Open Time Tickets can be used to board a bus for your selected route at any given time within 6 months.
For Fixed Time Ticket, tickets are only valid for your selected date and time.
- Passengers over 65 years old. Taiwanese residents can use their ID as proof. Non-Taiwanese residents will need to show their Mackay Project Alien Permanent Resident Certificate.
- Passengers holding a Disability Card and their carers can both buy a concession ticket (1 carer for each disabled passenger can enjoy the concession price)
- i. Children aged 0-5 years old can travel for free (proof of age required) ii. Children aged 6-11 can buy a concession fare ticket (proof of age required) iii. Children who are permitted to travel for free must be accompanied by a paying passenger and cannot occupy a seat of their own (max. 2 per paying passenger. Any more than 2 must buy a concession ticket)
There are no restrictions on who can buy a ticket. Non-Taiwanese residents can pick up their tickets using their passport and phone number. Taiwanese residents can pick up their tickets using their ID and phone number.
Sorry, all passengers must complete payment within 20 minutes of choosing seats.

The earliest you can book is 15 days in advance, but this can vary by route and bus operator. The latest you can book is 20 minutes before departure.
Seat reservation depends on the type of bus and ticket.
Kuo Kuang Bus & Ubus You'll be assigned a seat automatically when you complete the payment.
Ubus: You can collect your tickets from a staff-operated ticket window or, if available, a ticket machine at a bus station. Please use your ID when collecting your tickets at a ticket machine.
Other bus operators: You can collect your tickets from a staff-operated ticket window at a bus station. To avoid missing your bus, it is recommended that you collect your tickets at least 20 minutes before departure.
It is possible that your desired bus is sold out or the route you're looking for is not yet available.
